Come & Play Day

This is an exciting opportunity to join with LSO and enjoy playing through a piece that we wouldn’t generally have the opportunity of playing. It is suitable for players around Grade 8 standard. You will be able to download (for private practice only) a copy of your part in advance and details will be sent on how to do this. It will conducted by 2 excellent Oxford/Cambridge students, under the direction of former LSO conductor Roland Melia.

There will be tea & coffee provided in the morning and lunchtime breaks but please bring your own lunch. Don’t forget a music stand as well.

The afternoon rehearsal (13.45- 16.00) is open to the public.

Tea and cakes will be provided at the end of the afternoon.

The day is free but donations to LSO are welcome on the day towards music and venue expenses.
